WHAT DOES SUGARDEFENDER MEAN?

I had been eyeing this item for the reason that I heard very good comments from folks on line. You talked about its doses are minimal doses so does that necessarily mean it won't function any longer? Do I really need to choose greater than what it prescribes to have the solid dose which i desired so do I would like two tablets instead of one?Benefi
